Manufacturing for the Grand Challenges

Hosted by: Duke University, The National Academy of Engineering, North Carolina A&T State University, North Carolina State University, RTI International, The University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, and Wake Forest University.

The day and a half summit will convene 150 key leaders from industry, state government, federal agencies, academia, and NGO’s in the Research Triangle region of North Carolina to explore the manufacturing and engineering capabilities needed to solve grand challenges in the 21st century. The event will spark discussion and debate, with the goal of developing a vision for the future of manufacturing as a driver for tackling critical global goals.

There is no conference fee, but attendance is by invitation only.
